Yorkville Toronto Condo Market Report 2015 Third Quarter Sold Prices Per Square Foot & Luxury Unit Sales
The Yorkville Toronto condo market continues to gain strength with higher sold prices.
• Average sold price per square foot was $880 up from 2nd quarter’s $843. • The average selling price for a Yorkville condo reached $2,084,152 up dramatically from last quarter’s $1,332,752. • It took only 48 days to sell a Yorkville condo in this quarter as compared to the previous quarter when it took an average of 67 days.
Yorkville Luxury Condo Sales The luxury segment of the Yorkville Condo market also continued to see steady increases in suite sold prices over $2M. Even though the average sold price per square foot was $1210 (down slightly from last quarter's $1242), the average sold price for a Yorkville condo rose to $3,748,929, up almost 8% from the previous quarter's $3,478,483. This time last year the average sold price for a Yorkville luxury condo was $2,737,438 at a cost of $1197/square foot.
